IMPERIAL....complex and fruity with a high potential for maturing.
Blaufränkisch IMPERIAL is given a sophisticated touch with a splash of Merlot and Zweigelt. It matures for a minimum of 18 months exclusively in new French barrique. Fine and full-bodied with undertones of blackberry, discreet cassis, woody tones on the nose. Velvety and elegant on the palate and with a pleasant sweetness and a delicate roasted aroma on the finish. A well rounded wine with considerable depth and high maturity potential.
TRADITION....fruity and uncomplicated – a perfect accompaniment to a meal.
Blaufränkisch TRADITION is the little brother of Blaufränkisch IMPERIAL. It is a classic Blaufränkisch, matured for 14 months in ”Imperial barrique.” Typical of the variety, a fruity, dark-berry wine – an ideal and versatile accompaniment to any meal.
ZWEIGELT KLASSIK....fruity and typical for the variety.
A varietal Zweigelt was first launched in 2010 by the TIBOR & ILLA SZEMES Winery. This wine matures in a tun before being bottled.
